Nara's specialty Asuka hotpot◎

Asuka nabe is a local dish from the Asuka and Kashihara regions of Nara Prefecture. It is a hot pot dish made by adding milk to chicken stock, seasoning it with white miso, soy sauce, and sugar, and simmering chicken and vegetables in it! It is a low-calorie, healthy hot pot that is popular with women.We recommend udon noodles as the final dish. Udon noodles simmered in a soup full of flavor from a variety of ingredients are exceptional!
